Everything was perfect, FAVOURABLE location near the Caribbean, beach, and surrounding restaurants, perfectly pleasant experience. Rooms were nicely decorated and updated and provided with excellent double bed and good airco, for example. The staff was very amiable and attentive, and the service was excellent. The food in the gastronomic restaurant was nice, liked it.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived at this charming hotel. The check-in process was swift and the rooms were lovely, with spacious balconies. The beds were super comfy and the staff spoke English, which was a bonus for us. The restaurant served delicious food with a changing menu, and we loved every meal. The hotel also had great grounds, offering yoga classes and a relaxing environment. The pool area could use some TLC, but overall, we couldn't fault this hotel.
Felt at home, no complaints at all.

Location just off Le Relais du Moulin in June 2017. Also, on a beach. Great and updated rooms with excellent double bed. Excellent breakfast with many sweet, gluten free bread and favourable location.

The bungalow was cozy and comfortable, with a bedroom upstairs and a living area downstairs. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature.
The bathroom in the bungalow was a bit small for my liking. But hey, it's just my personal preference, others might not mind it at all.

This was a peaceful and nice location right by Grande-Terre and Le Relais du Moulin in June 2017 and a great island. Furthermore, on surrounding restaurants. We got bungalow with excellent double bed and appreciated it

We were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hotel area was beautiful and the bed in our room was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The selection of drinks and cocktails in the bar was impressive, and we appreciated that the hotel offered to send our mail/postcards for us. The staff were friendly and professional, and they took care of cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom when we requested it. The breakfast was delicious and we had a good experience overall.

We had an incredible time staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff at this place were very professional, well-educated, and incredibly genuine in their hospitality. The dinner in the restaurant was exceptional, with a French chef who knows how to use the elements of the beautiful island to create delicious dishes. The location of this hotel is also perfect, as it is close to St Francois and St Anne but still quite remote, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beaches and hiking routes nearby are difficult to find but absolutely beautiful - like paradise. Cocktails at the bar were a treat, and the restaurant's location felt like heaven, especially with the tropical birds.
This hotel is a bit far from everything, but it is still highly recommended to everyone.

The bungalow we stayed in had a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, perfect for our family. We loved the duplex rooms with the bedroom in the mezzanine, giving us a cozy and separate space. The fully-equipped kitchen in the villa was a great bonus for preparing meals. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The seating area in some units provided a comfortable space to unwind after a long day. The layout of the duplex rooms with the living area on the ground floor was convenient for us.
Personally, I found the bedroom in the mezzanine of the duplex room a bit cramped.

During my recent business trip to Guadeloupe, I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent as it's close to beautiful beaches and offers easy access to great restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a balcony giving a lovely view of the surrounding greenery. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel also had great facilities such as a relaxing spa.
The restaurant was not always up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast was the best part of the experience at this hotel with fresh fruits and delicious French pastries. The gardens surrounding the hotel were well-maintained and added to the ambiance. The pool area was great for sunbathing with comfortable lounge chairs and the bar offered great drinks at an affordable price.
The hotel was located in a remote area, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area without the convenience of a car. the staff was not knowledgeable about the nearby restaurants, leaving us to fend for ourselves when it came to finding local cuisine.

I had an amazing stay at this place. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff with a refreshing drink. The location is perfect - it's just a short walk to a beautiful small beach with incredible waves, making it a favorite spot for surfers. The hotel grounds are surrounded by lovely gardens, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was a private bungalow, which added a touch of charm to my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony where I could enjoy the views. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the room amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar added to the overall luxury.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and the beautiful grounds and buildings added to the overall ambiance. The pool was the perfect size and shape, and the option to hire an on-site electric car was a convenient bonus. The wine selections by the glass were superb, and the daily changing menu in the restaurant provided delicious dining options. The rooms were comfortable, with spacious balconies and incredibly comfy beds. Despite the language barrier, the staff were all English-speaking and incredibly friendly. The hotel's location near a great surf beach and coastal walk was a definite plus.
I highly recommend this hotel.
